Blue Line Station Rehabilitation

Stacy Witbeck was the CM/GC on two consecutive five-year, task-order-based contracts to rehabilitate light rail stations along the original 15-mile segment of TriMet’s MAX Blue Line. Work includes rehabilitation, modification, or replacement of station amenities, access control, station utilities, and platform surfaces to bring them into a state of good repair.

The project spans 15 miles, and features work in TriMet and public right-of-ways, including those in the cities of Portland and Gresham. All work is planned and executed with high attention to preserving safe access for pedestrian, vehicle, and bicycle traffic.
