As a joint venture partner on this $57 million bid-build project, we are proud to have been a part of delivering this 4.6-mile modern streetcar system. The project included 22 stops linking major employers, businesses, attractions, and residences in the downtown area. The project comprised trackwork, utilities, street lighting, traffic signals, paving, roadway work, flatwork, signage and striping, and OCS/ traction power. Approximately 40 percent of the streetcar alignment was “off-wire,” and the remaining 60 percent of the streetcar alignment required OCS poles and contact wire.

"Never have you even hesitated to work to develop a solution to the problem. I know Stacy Witbeck well enough to anticipate them saying, 'it's just how we do business.' They always do what's best for the community."
