Stacy Witbeck Celebrates ESOP Month
Throughout the month of October we celebrated ESOP month with other employee-owners from across the nation. We have proudly operated as an ESOP for 26 years, and transitioned to a 100% ESOP model in late 2023.
The positive ownership culture this creates enhances employee engagement and ensures long-term sustainability. Being employee owned has allowed us to recruit top talent aligned with our core values and commitment to excellence.
This mindset inspires our employees to go above and beyond and guarantee that we are providing a top-quality product and service to our clients. This passion is driven primarily because we are all personally invested in the company’s success. To put it in simple terms, each individual employee’s success equals the project’s success, which ultimately drives the company’s success.
